1.      Carry out the engineering and maintenance activities within Terminal so as to ensure optimum availability of reliable for safe equipment and facilities. To ensure to be in compliance to the Company and statutory SHE requirements.

 在库区内进行工程和维修工作，以***的状态保证机器、设备的可靠和安全，并确保符合公司和法定的安全健康环保要求。

2.      Finish monthly assigned PM work including all associated check list on time. Monitor KPI closely, and make proposal/suggestion to improve reliability of equipment.

      完成每月分配的预防性维修，包括按时完成所有相关的核对表。密切监控关键绩效指标，对改善设备的可靠性提出建议。

3.      Coordinate with maintenance engineers of PM and other departments. So that M&R works can be executed promptly. Minimize the equipment down time.

 与项目维修部的维修工程师及其他部门协调，迅速进行维护和修理工作，将设备停机时间减至最小。

4.      Manage all project activities covering from feasible study, government approval, preliminary design, peer review, risk assessment, safety review, detail design, Hazop, construction stage, right up to completion stage so as to ensure smooth progress, safety and timely hand-over of projects to operations department before commissioning.

 管理所有项目工作，包括可行性研究、政府审批、初步设计、同行评审、风险评估、安全评审、详细设计、危险与可操作性分析、从施工阶段直到竣工阶段，确保工程进展顺利，在试运行前安全、及时地移交给操作部门。

5.      Participate in preparation of annual budgets for maintenance expenditure with monitor and control measures so as to ensure maintenance work are conducted cost effectively within the approved budgets.

参与维修费用年度预算的编制，采取监督和控制措施，保证维修工作在核准的预算内经济有效地开展。

6.      Conduct necessary training/coaching for operators and the maintenance contractors in daily job.

在日常工作中为操作人员和维修承包商提供必要的培训/指导。

7.      Acquaint and understand SHEQ policy and objects of VSL, fully implement IMS procedures and SHE KPI.

熟悉理解公司的安全健康环保及质量制度和目标，严格执行IMS程序及安全健康环保关键绩效指标。

8.      Provide technical guide for expansion or green land project. Coordinate to ensure the project handed over qualified, integral and reliable for electrical and instrument part.

为项目的扩建或新建项目提供技术指导。与项目人员协调，保证项目交接时电气仪表部分合格、完整、可靠。

9. Provide T-MAC / DCS system technical guidance and troubleshooting, coordinate for extension project cost estimate and engineering solution.

 提供T-MAC和DCS系统的技术指导和故障处理，与项目人员协调，为扩建项目提供费用估算和技术方案。

10. Do other work assigned by the manager.

Education:     Bachelor degree  with relevant major (Electrical or Instrument)

教育：             本科或以上相关专业（电气或仪表）

Languages:      Ability in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

语言：               普通话且英文口语及书写流畅

Computer:     Ability to use computer and knowledge of relevant software

计算机：       熟悉计算机操作及相关软件的运用

Experience:          Minimum 5 years related experience in Chemical industry or Petrochemical industry
