Position Summary:
This position willtake the responsibility of driving new product transferring,developing/optimizing manufacturing and test processes; resolving qualityissues internal and external to ensure the on time delivery of highest qualityproduct; Driving continuous improvement in the areas of responsibility toimprove labor efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Studyingproduct requirements to develop the manufacturing and testing process, draftingthe related documents for new transferred or developed products
2. Developingthe assembly/testing fixtures and provide the technical support of maintainingthe fixtures
3. Provideelectronics technical support to all product related issue, including customerquality issues, production line trouble shooting, engineering change validationand implementation
4. Worktogether with the souring, quality, procurement team to drive on time deliveryand cost reduction. Evaluate the localized/defect electronics parts and supportthe vendor on trouble shooting and solve the problems
5. Providethe training to production line operators to ensure the operators understandthe product and manufacture the products in an effective and correct way.
6. Leadingcontinuous improvement project on products, assembly/test processes to improvethe efficiency and cost of manufacturing
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Bachelordegree or above in electronics engineering or related
2. At least3-year of working experience in manufacturing engineering
3. StrongEnglish skill in writing, listening and speaking
4. Goodplanning, organizing and presentation skills
