Position Overview:

The Commercial Process Specialist is an expert role in the Commercial Excellence Organization to lead implementation and improvement of commercial processes and systems. We are looking for a candidate who is knowledgeable in applying Salesforce.com (SFDC)* to support commercial processes and is eager to work in a dynamic environment utilizing leading edge business practices.

* Salesforce.com ( SFDC ) - Cloud-based software for customer relationship management & price management

Commercial Scope on SFDC :Price Management ;Customer Account Management ; Business Opportunity management ; Sample Management ; Business Lead Management ; Customer Compliant Handling.

Responsibilities:

a) Lead SFDC project

• Evaluate & Implement new features and new releases based on business requirements
• Review the current processes and look for improvements that can result in more efficiency
• Participate in Global Network to leverage ideas, collaborate on problem-solving, prioritize upcoming business needs

b) Develop SFDC Report & Dashboard

• Work with sales team to create reports and dashboards related to SFDC

c) User Support & Training

• Troubleshoot user problems and developing fixes for issues
• Identify training needs ,  Create Training Material and Provide Training to users

d) Maintain SFDC Master Data

• Work closely with sales team to maintain business data on SFDC

e) System Administration

• Managing access to SFDC for users.

f) System Audit

• Ensure compliant to Customer Data Privacy & Internal Control requirements for Pricing

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial oriented role ( such as Customer Service or Sales )
• Knowledge of Commercial Processes – Sample, Pricing, Ordering, Compliant
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com ( SFDC )
• Good written and oral communication skills in English to work with Regional & Global Team
• Ability to work with the technical support team to translate the requirements into technical language to meet the business objectives.
• Computer skills in Excel & SAP ( OTC experience will be a plus )
• Good engagement and problem solving skill in proactive and positive attitude
• With a pleasant personality, can be a good team player, self-learner, and willing to accept great change and challenges.
