工作职责：
直接与英国客户沟通；
与QA组密切合作控制样品及大货交期。
根据客人要求，寻找适合的供应商、跟进新季度开发、订单确认后跟进打样直至大货出货。
与工厂以及其他公司内相关部门密切合作控制订单从打样到出货的过程，保证按质按量出货。

职位要求：
必须有至少3年PU或者皮洗水外套工厂、羽绒服工厂跟单工作经验；
如有在贸易公司或者buying office 工作经验更佳；
必须有跟进英国、美国二线以上高档品牌的经验；
了解洗水外套、羽绒服结构、做工者优先考虑；
工作态度踏实稳健、能承受工作压力、积极主动、有团队合作意识、机动性强能适应客人要求的变化并做出快速反应。
沟通技能良好，包括与工厂及公司内部其他部门人员的沟通。
熟练书写英文商务电子邮件。
熟练运用OFFICE办公软件：MICROSOFT OFFICE, EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT...etc.
根据工作需要到上海以外城市出差，开发忙季及大货生产忙季的时候需要临时驻厂。

Key Responsibilities
Monitor merchandising team and QA to measure and evaluatie all the samples and to ensure one time delivery to customers
Reporting to HK Office. Independently follow up all aspects of overseas customers' products and requests from sourcing, development, sampling to bulk production.
Closely liaise with HK office, factories and internal team to ensure development through production procedures and quality issues are running smoothly and meeting deadline
Work closely with HK MR team to keep customers updated industry information and market trends
Work closely to other team members within the company / group

Requirements
Minimum 3 years' working experience in GARMENT WASHED PU/LEATHER JACKET & GARMENT WASHED DOWN JACKET MFR is must.
Experience in merchandising field with trading or buying office is preferable.
MUST possess solid experience in handling HIGH FASHION OUTERWEAR BRAND in UK market.
Sound knowledge in technical skills and knowhow in contstruction workmanship is highly preferable
Degree holder in Textile and Merchandising preferable
Mature, hard-working, well organized, proactive, team and result-oriented, flexible and be capable to follow up client’s requirements independently and effectively
Good negotiation skill and detailed mindset
Fluency in both written English
Proficiency in using MS office including PowerPoint
Require traveling to other cities and stay in fty if needed.
