Responsibilities:

 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: To manage SQE team in terms of material quality criteria and handling of non-conforming materials.

1) Set up the supplier quality goals and ensure all Suppliers Achieve it

2) To Analysis and Corrective Action Plan for In-house and Customers Rejects

3) Responsible for all Supplier Quality Rejects, Issues Supplier CAR and monitor Supplier Quality Improvement Plan and Effectiveness

4) Responsible for New Supplier Qualification with related department

5) Responsible for In-coming Inspectors Training (new inspectors and for all new products)

6) Responsible for all In-coming inspection Instruments Calibration Status and control

7) To generate weekly and monthly reports for all Suppliers Quality Performance

Requirements:

 

1) Bachelor degree or above,

2) At least 8 years working experience in quality function, and at least 5 years experience at SQE management position.

3) Familiar with different kind of materials and analysis tools.

4) Good skills in communication, result orientation, decision making.

5) Strong leadership and team spirit.

6) Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
