Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships on all levels within assigned accounts
Champion the accounts at all levels internally and externally to balance customer and Micron needs and profitability
Work closely with Disty regarding shipment, inventory level, RMA, tele-supports, online supports, etc.
Achieve high sales quotas, targets and growth goals
Analyze revenue, sales targets, and account expenses
Ensure accuracy with pricing, listings, reporting, etc.
Call for all the supports internally and externally to solve problems
Be responsible for all the seasonal promos, make sure that Micron achieves good sales results
Discover and build new relationships within accounts to uncover new opportunities
Generate and execute new ideas
Provide feedback on market conditions, competitive activities and pricing
Requirements:
5+ years working experience with etail sales & marketing, specifically flash memory, DRAM, SSD, HDD or PC peripherals. Working experience at Tmall/T mall operation is required, additional experience with other etailers is a plus
Deep knowledge of Tmall Corporate operation models and culture
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, presentation skills – verbal and written
Excellent negotiation skills
Analytical and project management skills
Polite, friendly and diplomatic demeanor
Problem solver
Ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
Provide feedback on market conditions, competitive activities and pricing

BS degree, English communication is a plus
