1.Utilize Salesforce abilities to meet the CRM objectives and needs of all departments in a global organization

2.Manage user role hierarchy ,data & feature access control, Licenses

3.Manage salesforce automation processes such as workflow rules,process builder, validation rule ,approval process

4.Set UI/layout, email template, report and dashboard

5.Support the end user on trouble shooting

6.Testing the new features and training the key users

7.Develop and maintain knowledge base and skill, keep up-to-date with new processes, procedures and developments

8.Cooperate with 3rd line developer team ,participate intesting of new releases or contribute to virtual

9.Maintain operational integrity of production systems. All system changes are documented and deployed as prescribed by the Change Management process and corporate security programs

Skilland Experience:

1.Minimum 2 years’ experience with Salesforce A dministation,Admin Certification is a plus

2.Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer support role

3.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in ahigh-pressure and ever changing environment and must be able to manage multiplerequests at the same time

4.Good understanding of relational databases and data integration tools,not limited to Dataloader and Workbench

5.Substantial familiarity with configurations in both Lightning experience and Classic experience,apex familiarity is a plus ,but not essential

6.Excellent critical thinking problem solving,and analytical skillswith a keen attention to detail
