机械、汽车类本科以上学历

岗位要求

1 五年以上质量工作经验

2 精通TS16949质量体系和过程审核,有内审员证书;

3 熟悉ISO14001环境管理体系及OHSAS18001职业、安全和健康体系

4 较强组织协调能力和团队合作精神

5 英语良好

工作职责及内容

1. 根据公司的目标，制定本部门的业务计划，并领导团队达成业务目标

2. 领导团队对公司的产品质量进行监控和改善

3. 带领团队确保产品质量持续改善，达到客户要求

4. 组织协调相关部门进行持续改善活动

5. 培训和发展员工；

6. 完成上级领导指派的其它工作。
