工作内容：
1、IBM ALM/CLM 系统&模板支持；
2、引入并推行工程体系的流程、方法论或IT信息系统；
3、收集改进建议、维护优化工程体系。
任职要求：
1、熟悉需求工程、测试管理;
2、熟悉IBM CLM(Collaboration Lifecycle Management)包括：
IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (含DOORS);
IBM Rational Quality Management;
IBM Rational Team Concert;
IBM jazz report service;
IBM Rational publish engine. 
3、熟悉IBM Rational Solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management工具链优先；
4、精通Windows server、IBM Websphere组件，掌握Oracle使用；
5、精通Splunk运维工具，有1年以上系统维护经验；
6、了解ASPICE & CMMI；
7、了解ITSM流程；
8、熟练的英语阅读；
9、较强的沟通能力，能够理解用户需求和进行用户培训；
10、全日制本科及以上学历。
