1. Participate and execute immunochemistry-based bioanalytical method development, method validation and sample analysis following GLP standards and protocol /SOP. Document all experimental procedures and conditions in details;

2. Familiar with all experimental operation procedure and details on cell culture, and have solid theoretical basis;

3. Perform cell-based bioanalytical method development, method validation and sample analysis following GLP standards and protocol /SOP. Document all experimental procedures and conditions in details;

4. Assist troubleshooting of issues occurred during method development or in-study phase;

5. Process analytical data in Watson LIMS for acceptability of calibration curve, control values, and other system suitability requirements;

6. Perform daily lab duties;

7. Collaborate with other internal staffs of the company to complete the assigned task actively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or Master’s degree, and have 1 year related experience, GLP working experience is preferred;

2. Experienced with analytical techniques especially immunoassays. Experience with cell culture and cell-based assays.

3. Must demonstrate good work ethics, integrity and determination to follow pre-defined procedures. Must be detail-oriented.

4. Capability of multi-tasking and show flexibility to work assignments.

5. Must be able to openly share information and work in a team-setting.
