职位描述
Job Title: Researcher
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1.Develop search list/reports to clients ;
2. Conduct search by headhunting calls to potential candidates or search in database ;
3. Collect resumes from candidates ;
4. Candidate screening through reviewing resumes and telephone interviews ;
5. Conduct industrial information research, collection and management;
6. Assisting the consultants in every facet of their day to day work ;
7. Maintaining the database;
Requirement:
1. College degree or above
2. Over one year working experience in FMCG industry
3. Proficiency in written & spoken English and computer literacy
4. Good communication, expression and interpersonal skills
5. From sales and trade marketing function is preferred
