工作职责:
1. 向客户提交候选名单和项目进展报告;
2. 搜索公司内部人才资料库，打陌拜电话寻找候选人;
3. 收集候选人简历;
4. 通过电话面试和简历审核锁定合适候选人;
5. 收集行业动态信息，整理和分类;
6. 协助顾问安排日常工作;
7. 维护公司人才资料库;
要求:
1. 大专以上学历
2. 一年以上工作经历
3. 具有基本的英文说写能力，办公软件技能较好
4. 具有良好的沟通技能、口述能力和人际交往能力
5. 有快消品行业或猎头行业经验者优先考虑
