a. 及时完成主管下达的各项工作任务，带领全班组人员坚持执行岗位责任制，操作规程

和各项规章制度。

b. 负责按部门计划要求制定本班维修保养计划，备品备件计划，管好本班负责范围内的设备，使设备经常处于良好技术状态，

c. 做好考勤和考核工作，填好设备维修台帐和每人每月工作量，落实奖罚制度。

d. 负责落实物业管理的各项管理制度和操作规程，发动班组成员参与管理，组织学习和动用各种现代化管理技术知识。

e. 负责本班组责任范围内的设备的变动，更改等提出可行性分析意见并组织实施。

f. 负责责任范围内的节能管理和设备技术状态管理，按质按时完成各种工作报表和记录，为大厦统计核算提供资料。

g. 负责本班组职工的思想教育和业务技术培训。

h. 负责本班组的安全和防火工作，落实大厦关于安全保卫工作的计划和规定。

i. 负责协调执行日常维修工作。

j. 发挥工作主动性，出席及安排突发性工作。

k. 听从其他由上级指派工作。

任职要求：

a. 做二休二翻班，必须做夜班；

b. 工作认真仔细、有责任心，有良好的服务意识

c. 熟悉物业工程相关专业，须持有专业中级工以上资质

d. 28—50岁，具有高中及以上学历

e. 有过3年以上办公或商业地产项目物业工程专业方面的经验

the bund finance center is a mixed used complex landmark in the city which includes family wealth management office & corporate headquarters, museum & concept stores for international brands, luxury shopping mall, boutique hotel and arts & cultural center and gathers economic, commercial, travel, arts & cultural.
the gross floor area of bfc is 420,000 square meters approximately, comprises of two international grade a office buildings with 180 meters high and luxury shopping mall with 190,000 and 90,000 square meters respectively, together with a boutique hotel about 30,000 square meters. arts & cultural center has an area of about 10,000 square meters. the whole project has been awarded the leed gold pre-certification and a three star green certificate.
