工作职责：

1.持续发现寻找销售我司假冒产品的商品链接及店铺，包括但不限于销售平台、自媒体购物渠道等；

2.在公证处人员的监督下购买网销仿冒产品（采样）；

3.配合律师收集证据，形成仿冒产品诉讼赔偿的证据链；

4.跟进律师诉讼的流程，整理相应材料并形成记录备案；

岗位要求：

1.法学及相关专业本科以上学历，有相关行业工作经历者优先；

2.要求心思缜密，对诉讼案件的流程有基本了解；

3.有较强的责任心，对于公司的仿冒产品零容忍；

4.基本了解知识产权法中的专利法和商标法；

5.良好的英语沟通能力为加分项，不擅长亦可。

Allocacoc was founded in 2010 by Yixia Jiang and Arthur Limpens, two graduates of industrial design engineering at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Allocacoc focuses on developing innovative consumer electronics, and launching these onto the market.
Allocacoc’s vision is to set ‘a different standard’:
