1.木地板施工的面积测量，熟悉CAD软件，能根据图纸计算面积；

1. Area measurement of wooden floor construction, familiar with CAD software, can calculate area according to drawings;

2.木地板施工现场的环境与地面勘查；

2. Environmental and ground survey of the wooden floor construction site;

3.与甲方或总包方协调施工中的细节及注意事项；

3. Coordinate with Party A or the general contractor for details and precautions during construction;

4.制定具体的施工方案；

4. Develop a specific construction plan;

5.对地板施工进行现场指导；

5. On-site guidance for floor construction;

6.日常客户投诉的处理及问题原因的初步分析；

6. The handling of daily customer complaints and the preliminary analysis of the causes of the problems;

7.对施工队伍的日常管理与监督；

7. Daily management and supervision of the construction team;

8.建立服务档案，及时更新服务进展，做到所有信息准确无误有据可查。
