    Main tasks: Under the guidance of the department manager, provide administrative support to program engineering operation, keep good relationship with all functional teams.     

该实习生需要支持项目经理，工作内容包括：文件整理、合同归档、报价支持等。

一周实习3天及以上优先，表现优异者有机会成为正式员工。

JOB RESPONSIBILITYS:

1. Engineering documents & program database management.

  

2. Engineering development quotation registration & change management.

  

3. Engineering contract creation and management.

  

4. Customer prototype order registration & management to ensure all PO in tracking.

  

5. Standard engineering documents archive.

  

6. Engineering operation report summary and creation.

  

7. Team Activity coordination

  

8. Perform other tasks as request by management. 

    

    

 QUALIFICATIONS:

      

1. English skills (verbal and written) are required

  

2. Familiar with all known Microsoft Programs, especially Excel & PowerPoint.

  

3. Good communication with high motivation

  

4. Clear mind and logical

  

5. Patient, positive, and organized.
