岗位职责：

-负责协助Team Leader推进、执行快消零售行业招聘咨询项目，整理完善行业mapping，制作商业资讯材料及人才标准推荐报告。

-按照公司标准流程，分析客户的招聘需求

-寻访、面试、评估候选人，为客户推荐合适的人选，并及时解决过程中遇到的问题。

任职要求：

1.全日制本科以上学历（条件优秀者可适当放宽至大专）

2.工作认真负责，具有良好的沟通能力，敏锐的洞察力和判断力，有良好的团队合作意识。

3.性格乐观开朗，工作热情有进取心，有快速学习能力及较好的抗压能力。

4.熟练使用office工具，例如word、Excel、PPT等。
