岗位职责:

风险识别 Risk Identification：
？ 对赛科公司的职业健康危害因素进行辨识，包括化学的、物理的、生物的、人机工程学的和心理学的健康危害，并进行定性和定量评估，研究控制方案；提供职业卫生建议。
Identify all occupational health hazards in SECCO (including chemical, physical, biologic, ergonomic and psychological risk factors) and conduct qualitative and quantitative assessment, and research control plan. Provide IH professional advice for management teams and other professionals.

风险评估 Risk Assessment：
？ 根据SECCO的生产工艺，掌握各工序（岗位）存在的职业病危害因素种类、性质、危害程度、逸散情况、职工接触方式、接触时间、接触人数和卫生防护条件，对各工序（岗位）进行职业卫生风险评估；定期进行现场职业卫生检查和现场作业观察，及时沟通、报告和跟踪检查发现。
Review SECCO production process, familiarize with the harmful factors of occupational disease existed in various working procedures (positions) during SECCO work period, including category, nature, extent of harm, dissipation, employee exposure mode, exposure time, exposure personnel numbers and health protection conditions, etc., carry out occupational health risk assessment for various working procedures (positions). Conduct occupational health check and observation on site regularly and communicate, report and follow up the findings in time.

风险检测Risk Measurement：
？ 负责SECCO的职业病危害因素检测及日常监测，根据职业接触限值和监管要求评估接触数据。评价现有的控制措施并根据接触评定结果建议如何改进。以专业的书面报告记录结果。对监测及评价结果及时存档，定期向当地卫生行政部门报告并向职工沟通；
Responsible for SECCO IH measuring and daily monitoring. Evaluate the monitoring results based on occupational exposure limits and surveillance requirements. Evaluate current control methods and exposure level, and provide suggestion for further improvement and record the results in written Archive the detection and evaluation results in time, report to the local health administration and publicize to the personnel regularly;

风险控制Risk Control:
？ 跟进国内外最新法规或相关要求进展，根据新法规或公司要求，新建或修订职业卫生程序。对于赛科装置检修，改扩建项目等特殊阶段，制订相应的工业卫生控制计划，并及时进行现场观察和职业卫生控制指导。掌握并及时更新国际上的有关工业卫生的知识、技术、标准，及时汇总，对比提出合理化改进建议；
Follow up progress of the latest regulations or relevant requirements at home and abroad; Set up or update SECCO occupational health procedures based on new laws and regulations or company’ s requirements; During special period such as plant turn around and expansion project, generate industrial hygiene control plan accordingly and conduct site observation and give instructions to OH control. Master and timely update international standards, knowledge and methods for industrial hygiene, summarize and make suggestions to the leader in time.
？ 制订职业卫生培训计划、修订培训课件，向员工和承包商提供职业卫生培训并做好培训记录；
Develop occupational hygiene training plan, update training materials provide the training to employees and contractors and keep records of training;
？ 建立和维护职业卫生档案；.对职业卫生数据统计分析；制定并组织实施职业卫生审核计划，参与HSSE审核；审核与职业卫生相关的MOC，并负责对新建、改建项目提出职业卫生风险识别和控制建议。
Set up and maintain occupational hygiene archives, summarize and analyse OH data. To organize implementation of occupational health audit plan; participate in HSSE audit; Review the MOC related with occupational health issue, and responsible for raising suggestion about IH risk identification and control methods to new projects and expansion projects.
？ 负责协调、推进现场降噪工作；推动听力保护计划；监督现场职业卫生标识的维护与更新及现场职业卫生防护设施的维护；负责放射卫生防护管理工作；
Push and coordinate noise control work and hearing protection program. Supervise maintenance and updating of occupational hygiene protection signs on site and maintenance of occupational hygiene protection facilities on site. Take part in radiation hygiene protection management.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Complete timely other tasks assigned by line manager.

任职资格:

？ 大学本科及以上学历，公共卫生专业优先。
Bachelor degree or above. Public health speciality is preferred.
？ 5年以上工作经验，具有石化行业经验优先。
Over 5 years working experience, petrochemical industry is preferred.
？ 熟悉职业卫生法规、标准，掌握职业卫生知识技能。
Familiarize with occupational health laws and regulations and standards, and master occupational hygiene knowledge and skills.
？ 善于交流并英语良好，具备财务知识优先。
Good communication and English skills, good finance knowledge is preferred.
？ 须精通EXCEL， WORD及POWERPOINT，有SAP经验优先。
Good computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP is preferred.
？ 工作细心，注重细节并有较强的分析能力。
Careful work, strong attention to details and good analysis capability.
