1. 编制机加制造流程、工序作业程序单、作业指导书；

   Make manufacture production process, work operation process, operation instruction.

2. 编制机加质量控制文件；

   Make manufacture quality control file.

3. 编制机加降本及加工工艺持续改善方案书；

   Make cost saving and process improve scheme.

4. 推动实施以上项目，并持续负责优化、监督和管控，实现标准化管理；

   Push to execute above items, keep on improving, monitor and control to achieve standardization management.

5. 协助编制机加供应商KPI指标，推动实施并进行考核；

   Support to make manufacture supplier KPI, focus on execution and evaluation KPI.

6. 按客户标准协同采购部建立机加价格体系并持续优化；

   According to customer standard, support purchase department set up manufacture price database and keep improving.

7. 支持机加供应链的建设和管理；

   Support to build and manage manufacture supplier chain.

8. 审批优化供应商的加工工艺、质量体系；

   Approve and optimize supplier manufacture process, quality system.

9. 培训、支持、监督供应商对于机加工艺的执行；

   Train, support, monitor supplier to execute right manufacture process.

10. 编制机加计划书并协助SQC对供应商进行过程的质量、尺寸、进度进行管理；

    Make manufacture plan and support SQC to manage the quality, dimension and progress.

11. 机加过程中的问题解决；

    Solve manufacture problem.

12. 组织建立Lessons Learnt、内部及供应商培训机制，并对相关人员进行培训指导；

    Organize lesson learn, internal and supplier training mechanism, make training for relative resource.

13. 与设计部门沟通对机加过程进行提高改善、简化及问题澄清；

    Communicate with design department to improve manufacture process, simplify and clear possibly problem.

14. 通过改善制造效率以及和供应商、客户的配合，降低机加成本；

Cost saving by improves manufacture efficiency and cooperation with customer；

岗位要求：

1.高中以上学历或机械相关专业； 

   

   Above High school level on manufacture major.

    

2.10年以上机加生产行业经验；

   

   More than 10 years manufacture work experience

    

3.5年以上非标产品（汽车工装夹具）加工工艺编写、加工任务安排、质量监控

   More than 5 years non-standard product ( automobile facture), make work process, assign task, quality control

4.文件编写与控制，机加报价经验； 

   

   Make and control work process sheet, have manufacture quotation. 

    

5.5年以上机加现场管理经验；

   

   More than 5 years manufacture site management experience.

    

6.对机加成本控制或精益生产有过成功案例；

   

  Have succeed cost control or lean production case.
