职位描述：
1.为客户提供快速、准确与专业的电话、在线、或邮件等形式咨询及服务要求。

2.咨询领域包括但不限于客户账号查询，交易咨询，软件申请及运作，产品信息及条款。

3.能够作为主要联络者协助公司各部门处理个人及企业客户事务处理。

4.能够主动积极帮助客户解决各项问题和咨询需求。

5.能够及时沟通及跟进各项任务。

6.根据公司规章要求，以高度的责任心为客户提供优质的客户服务，以确保客户满意度。

职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历;
2. 具备一定的英语基础 (CET-4)，普通话标准;
3. 熟练掌握office软件操作运用;
4. 高度的责任心和客户服务意识，亲和力强，有耐心;
5. 有较强的学习能力，责任心强,工作严谨，踏实勤勉;
6. 能够根据工作需要适应轮班工作制度;
7. 一年以上相关经验优先考虑;
