Position：Receptionist (学校前台)

Location: Nord Anglia Chinese international School, Shanghai, China (NACIS)

Key Responsibilities:

-Receive all visitors to office in accordance with school procedure

-Carry out routine clerical activities at the reception area

-To answer telephone calls, screen telephone calls, greet personal callers and transfer calls to colleagues in other parts of the school

-Take messages and pass them on colleagues in the agreed manner

-To receive and process incoming and outgoing mails

-Answer parents' enquiries about school activities

-Make records of students' daily registration

-Solve students' problems at any time

-Check inventory of stationary and distribute to colleagues

-Assist teachers with daily educational administration

The ideal candidate will be/have:

-College diploma or above

-Relevant experience of dealing with students, parents and internal staff preferred

Skill

-Ability to process a good telephone manner

-Ability to communicate effectively and politely in English

-Ability to deal with difficult situation and people

-Ability to keep calm in a crisis

-Basic knowledge of a variety of administrative tasks

-Good IT skills
