Main Responsibility:

1.Subcontractor Quality Control for Power products(PKG,TEST)

2. Customer claim and complaint handling for SP product

3. Qualification for new product and technology of back-end process

4. PCN control to customers

5. CRM(Customer Relationship Management) of quality area.

Core Qualifications & Requirement:

1. Over a bachelor's degree in electronics and /or semiconductor-related major

2. Knowledge of semiconductor technology(Semiconductor, Electronics,Physics)

3. Over 10 years of experience in semiconductor industry(Test, PKG)

4. Fluent communication and presentation in English(prefered Korean)

5. Semiconductor failure analysis experience/technology preferred
