BAMASIA is the Asian sourcing office for GBHs’ subsidiaries mainly.

Job based in Pudong/Shanghai.

PROFIL :

-          Chinese native,

-          BA degree or engineer background,

-          Fluent in Mandarin/English /French(optional),

-          Computer skills (word, excel, access..),

-          Availability to travel around China visiting suppliers.

POSITION:

-          Report directly to Division Manager and Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION :

-          Source, compare and select competitive suppliers to provide cost efficient and good quality products as per inquiries provided by the Manager

-          Negotiate all the key conditions with the suppliers or manufacturers: prices, MOQ, payment terms, after sales service agreement

-          Guarantee the product conformity as per the Quality Engineer request and collect the related document

-          Coordinate the artwork development for the first order

-          Handle customer claim due to quality issue with the supplier or manufacturer with the support of the Quality Engineer

-          Insure daily coordination between Chinese manufacturers and our client (French DIY retailer).

-          Follow-up the order from PO to ETD

-          Invoicing

Independent and autonomous, with a customer oriented

Several business trip to attend fairs and visit factories

Products: Tools, Hardware, Lighting, Electrical Appliances, Garden, Decoration, Building Materials, Sanitary….

BAMASIA is the representative office of GBH Group in Shanghai since 2005.
Our office is located in Lujiazui area, near Babaiban. Our team comprises 18 people including 6 foreign workers.
We mostly deal with Purchasing and Supply Chain for our Headquarters as well as for external clients.

自2005年起，贝马萨（BAMASIA）成为了法国GBH集团位于上海的代表办事处。
办事处位于陆家嘴片区，紧邻八佰伴。团队成员共18人，其中6位为外籍同事。
办事处主要负责为总部和外部客户处理采购和供应链等相关事宜
