岗位职责

in charge of all of the molds management, including repairing, maintenance and storage; coaching technicians to improve overall capabilities, provide strong support to injection production ; support new projects development successful负责所有模具的管理，包括维修、维护和储存；指导技术人员提高整体能力，为注塑生产提供强有力的支持；支持新项目的成功开发。

1. Key EHS players in mold workshop, lead EHS related jobs in the workshop and provide a safe & clean place for employees, accountable to ensure that  employees and visitors wear the right PPE in the mold shop;作为 模具车间的关键EHS人员，领导车间的EHS相关工作，为员工提供安全、清洁的场所，负责确保员工和访客在模具车间穿戴正确的PPE；

2. Create department KPIs & targets in line with the injection workshop objectives, Operation objectives and QChina Strategic objectives  根据注塑车间目标、运营目标和加利派战略目标，制定部门关键绩效指标和目标；

3. Prepare annual department expense budget and control the cost; 编制部门年度费用预算，控制成本

4. Work with planning to develop proper molds preventive maintenance plan and follow the activities to make sure molds running and stocking in good conditions; 与生产计划一起制定适当的模具预防性维护计划，并跟踪活动，确保模具的运行和存储状况良好；

5. Repair the molds with flash issue, support injection leader to eliminate “de-flash” process in injection workshop; 对有飞边问题的模具进行维修，支持注塑经理消除注塑车间的“飞边”处理过程；

6. Manage mold manufacturing center, support any internal needs such as jigs/fixtures and spare parts making, etc; 管理模具制造中心，支持任何内部需求，如工装夹具和备件制造等；

7. Manage the mold & spare parts warehouse, develop spare parts control plan; 管理模具备件库，制定备件控制计划；

8. Prepare training plan for all technicians in the workshop and conduct/follow the plan accordingly; 制定车间所有技术人员的培训计划，并按计划执行；

9. Manage and motivate subordinates; 管理和激励下属

   10. As a member of project, to assess the new mold design with mold development engineer & designer, to take the responsibilities of molds reception and preparation, and work with project team to qualify the molds internally. 作为项目成员，与模具开发工程师和设计师一起评估新模具的设计，负责模具的接收和准备，与项目团队一起对模具进行内部验收。

 

任职资格

1.  Familiar with injection molds maintenance & manufacturing; 熟悉注塑模具的维护和制造

2.  Familiar with CAD, Pro-E or other 3D drawing software 熟悉CAD、Pro-E或其他3D绘图软件

3.  College or above ; 大专及以上学历 

5.  English written skills is prefer 英语书写技能良好优先考虑

6.  Have strong people management skills and Teamwork spirits; 较强的人员管理能力和团队精神；

7.  Able to work under high pressure能够在高压下工作
