工作职责:

1. Perform tasks related to the region’s treasury back office operations for:

? Daily cash positioning and account reconcilement

? Electronic funds transfer

? Bank fee analysis

? Intercompany lending administration

2. Reconcile and analyze cash flow for the region; preparing cash flow reporting and variance analysis under the direction of the Regional Treasurer

3. Works within established internal control procedures for Treasury; assisting with the related administration of system needs, bank documentation, related analyses, and spending reconcilement as needed.

4. Monitors the quality of transactional activity, controls, and documentation to meet expectations and deadlines.

5. Process foreign exchange trading activity and settlements; reconciling transactions for each country/subsidiary within the region.

6. Support local bank account documentation under the direction of the Regional Treasurer.

7. Other ad-hoc assignments from GAR treasury director

任职资格:

Knowledge

1. College degree or above, major in accounting, business or related area

2. Fluent communication in Chinese and English

Experience

1. 1-3 years’ experience in any 2 of the following:

? Corporate treasury cash management

? Financial forecasting and/or planning

? Financial analysis
