About the role

The role will be responsible for dealing with customer queries, processing orders and general administration work etc. This role reports to Customer Service Supervisor.

Roles & responsibilities:

? Responsible for end users and distributors’ enquiries through different medium including phone, emails/ CCEs etc. Excellent telephone manners and good interpersonal skills are a must.

? Handle end users as well as distributors enquiries and resolve their concerns together with their complaints in compliance with internal standard operating procedures (SOP)

? Handle customer complaints from various channels in first priority and with professional manners

? Address all customer complaints immediately and escalate them to the Supervisor as necessary

? Provide professional service and prompt timely assistance, precisely and tactfully

? Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of end users and distributors requests as well as issues

? Follow operational guidelines in accordance with company’s requirements and procedures

? Handle distributors and end users’ requests of investigate authenticity of products

? Cooperate with the Supervisor to deal with any global request of Project Enable

About you

? Good English skills

? Related working experience in customer service

? Good communication and presentation skills

? Enthusiastic, patient, careful, supportive. Has strong team work spirit
