岗位职责:

• 负责软件R&D研发部门的日常团队管理,员工激励,内部考评
• 负责部门内部的人员工作分配
• 负责部门内部项目的方案和代码质量等评审
• 负责部门内部人员的培养体系的建立
• 负责部门内部的知识管理,以及构建公司级别的代码库和Git平台
• 负责公司软件项目的系统架构设计和框架开发
• 负责公司软件项目的数据库设计优化和开发
• 负责系统开发需求的分析讨论,以及方案设计
• 负责CONTACT CIM DATABASE平台系统的功能和底层架构以及API学习

岗位要求:

• 具有管理团队的经验,稳重又不失灵活
• 具有Python\.net等多种核心语言的扎实编写功底, 对当前技术趋势有预判性,如分布式存储等
  
• 有丰富的项目交付经验,有过制造业系统开发和业务知识者优先
• 有较强的英语阅读能力, 口语表达能力强者优先
