Job Title：Trade Marketing Manager

Department：Marketing Department

Reporting to: Regional Marketing Director

Location：Shanghai

Position Summary

1. Develop, establish and maintain trade marketing strategies to meet the company objectives.

2. Communicating with sales department and Implement the trade marketing activities in responsible region;

Main Responsibilities

1. Make marketing and promotion activity plan, monitor the implementation progress and accountable for the final results

2. Provide input and assist region head in preparing the annual trade marketing plan for the assigned promotion activity recommendation and evaluation

3. Monitor and report customer development trends

4. Responsible for the preparation of POP materials and gimmicks for assigned products, and ensure their effective use by field force

5. Plans and manages the Regional fair events.

Background requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above in business or marketing related field or equivalent professional qualification;
2. Equipped with excellent strategic thinking ability with big picture orientation as well as attention to detail
3. Excellent system management skills
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skill
5. Possess excellent presentation and communication skills
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and the ability to multi-task

Experience with field sales will be a plus.
