岗位职责
Job Description:
负责项目中间件部分的技术评估，任务管理和流程跟进
Responsible for the technical solution of Infotainment middleware, task management, and sub-team status tracking
负责中间件系统体系结构分析、设计，系统性能优化、接口设计等
Responsible for the middleware system architecture design, system performance optimization, framework interface design
参与Android车载设备的底层开发，包括HAL层、Framework程序开发;
Responsible for the infotainment system(Linux/Android) HAL/Framework development
支持和带领团队成员分析和解决问题和技术攻关
Leading and support team members to analyze and solve the problem
协助系统架构组完成对平台和项目的技术评估，架构搭建
Support the system architect for the platform and project architecture design
职位要求
Position Qualification:
计算机、自动化、电子信息、软件工程等专业的本科或研究生学历
Bachelor or Master degree in electronics/ computer science/ automation or related;
5年以上汽车/通信/数字电视/互联网行业嵌入式软件中间件开发经验
5+ year embedded SW development experience on Automotive/Telecom/DTV/Internet
掌握UML设计语言，OO设计模式
Familiar with UML, Objective Oriented for the SW architecture/module design
熟悉JNI开发、熟练掌握Java语言、熟悉C/C++语言开发
Familiar with JNI，java, C，C++
对Android Framework有深入理解、熟悉各种framework services功能和消息管理机制
Good understanding on the Android Framework, familiar with framework service functions, and the IPC on the framework.
具备 Android / Linux Driver/ BSP 的开发、调试经验
Experienced on the Android/Linux Driver/BSP development
有框架层性能优化、稳定性调查、Android权限类问题解决经验
Experienced on the framework performance optimization, stability/ authority issue solving
良好的沟通能力，团队合作和自我工作管理能力
Good communication，team work and self-motivated
具备车载领域的开发经验者优先
Experience in automation middleware development is preferred
