Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:

职责目标：

This position is concerned with maintaining the circulation of uniforms, table linen and bedroom linen.

本岗位主要保证制服、布草的正常使用。

Essential Responsibilities:

基本职责：

To issue uniform to new employee according to the request issued by the Personnel Office.

据人事部派发的制服申请表为新员工分发制服。

To distribute uniform to employees in exchange with the soiled ones.

为员工以旧换新，更换干净制服。

To issue table linen according to the daily requisition sheets signed by restaurant managers or his / her subordinates.

根据餐厅经理或其助手签署的布草申领单分发布草。

To show uniform ready for discards to Uniform/Linen Supervisor.

向布草房主管申请可以丢弃的制服。

To take care of small repairs such as sewing buttons, hems etc.

进行一些缝补扣子，缝边等的简单工作。

To receive blankets, bedspreads etc. from Laundry.

从洗衣房取毛毯、床单等。

To examine laundered and dry-cleaned items to ensure their cleanliness and place on shelves.

检查干洗和湿洗后的物质，确认其清洁性，并按类存放。

To be able to run the sewing machines and mend torn linen and uniform.

会使用缝纫机和锁边机，会修补磨损的制服和布草。

To do special assigned work given by the Uniform/Linen Supervisor.

完成布草房主管分配的其他任务。

To take inventory.

定期盘点。

To keep linen records.

准备布草记录。

To store, issue an inventory line supplies to maintain stock.

储存、分发布草,并保证其存储量。

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

工作技能技巧要求:

Must be physically fit and have good eyesight.

身体健康，视力良好

Basic knowledge in sewing and mending of clothes.

懂得缝补、财务的基本知识

Able to work under great physically and mental pressures.

能够承受体力和脑力方面的工作压力
