At Enlogic, we're seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead, develop, and motivate a new Greater China based sales team. In this role, you'll work closely with other senior management members to create a market sales plan which aligns to and leverages our company and solution offer to our data center customers and partners.
Key responsibilities include:
· Lead the hiring, training, coaching, and management of a new Greater China based sales staff including regional account managers, sales team, and support personnel
· Work closely with global marketing team to adapt, establish, and grow marketing and partner programs to drive sales growth in the region
· Develop detailed sales plans, allocate resources, and manage the team to established annual budgets; key influencer in the establishment of the sales compensation structure and alignment to region financial goals
· Work closely with executive leadership team to define sales and business direction and strategies
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and alignment with company goals and objectives
· Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
· Achieve company revenue targets for the Greater China region
· Create and foster strategic relationships with C-level influencers at key partners,industry influencers and end users
· Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
· Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Teams to leverage campaigns, product launches, and new technology opportunities for the region
Desired Skills & Experience
· You must be a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset seeking to fill a key management role in the growing a successful, global technology company
· A proven track record in achieving sales revenue and growth targets
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related; an MBA is a plus
· 7+years of sales experience within a technical product industry; preferably IT infrastructure related
· 5+years leadership experience and responsibility in managing successful technical sales teams to meet financial targets
· Proven ability to initiate, develop, and maintain meaningful and productive relationships with customers, partners, and coworkers
· Understanding of the sales process and experience in building and driving sales through a network of channel partners
· Strong focus on developing, coaching, and monitoring team members to improve performance and achieve company and personal goals
· Demonstrated ability to motivate employees, achieve high sales growth, and maintain excellent team retention
· Experience in developing and implementing sales plans, forecasting, budgeting, and contract negotiations
· Willingness to travel as necessary
