职责

Responsibilities

1. 负责设备的日常保养、定期保养记录检查和统计。

Be responsible for equipments’ daily maintenance, checking regular maintenance records and making statistics.

2. 及时维修故障设备，并做记录。

Repair equipments with troubles in time and make a record.

3. 定期保养设备并记录。

Maintain equipments regularly and make a record.

4. 按时完成每月设备维护报表统计。

Make a statistics of monthly maintenance report in time.

5. 总结设备频发的故障，并提出建议或措施。

Summarize machine troubles that happen often, and make a proposal or put forward some measures.

6. 负责管理设备备品备件的安全库存。

Be responsible for safety storage of equipments’ spare parts.

★中专、技校学历 Technical secondary school

2. 专业 Major

★电气 Electrical

◆自动控制 Automation

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills

★熟悉FANUC, MAZAK和BROTHER控制系统，了解5S。

Be familiar with the control system of Fanuc, Mazak and Brother.Know about 5S.

★持有高压和低压操作证书,中级职业资格证书以上。

Hold the operation qualification certificate of high voltage and low voltage.

◆熟悉机械加工和液压系统。

Be familiar with mechanical machining and hydraulic system.

4. 经验 Experience

★10年以上电工工作经验

Over 10 years experience of being electrician

5.个人素质 Personality

★具有强烈的责任心，良好的沟通、协调能力，具备团队合作精神，工作态度积极，能够高效率地工作，适应翻班。

Sapa Extrusion (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.　was established on March 8, 2003 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sapa Group Sweden.Sapa Profiles (Shanghai) was put into trial production in October 2003 and entered normal production in March 2004.
