Objectives:

This position oversees a particular product or product line and is responsible for the entire process, from the initial concept to distribution and overall sales, including marketing.

Job responsibilities:

1.    与主机厂金融部门保持良好沟通，确保双方金融政策等信息及时准确传达。

Maintain healthy and efficient contacts with related OEM contacts; ensure timely exchange of financing program related policies of both sides.

2.    制定金融方案以及产品手册，并确保金融方案及时准确系统上线；参与执产品政策讲解以及培训。

Develop retail financing programs and product brochure; Ensure timely configuration of the financing products in the system and go live; provide proactive supports in the training or workshops related to financing products and policies.

3.    定期进行金融产品以及竞品市场调研，产品规划和策略分析，并制定有效的市场调研以及分析报告。

Bring out regular market research on financing products and competitors; develop product planning, product strategy and product analysis; provide effective reports as required.

4.    定期进行金融产品上线后运营数据分析；根据实际情况积极推动金融产品以及相关流程的优化。

Bring out regular operational data analysis after the products go live; continuously carrying out activities to optimizing the products and process related.

5.    与公司内部相关部门保持良好业务沟通，包括：销售，风险，财务，IT 以及运营部门。Keep healthy daily contacts with departments in the company, including sales, risk, finance, IT and Operations

6.    其他与金融产品相关的任务

Other financing products related tasks.

Job requirements:

·           Knowledge of trends within the AFC industry

·           Analytical abilities and strong mathematical skills

·           Ability to cull information from various reports and combine it to determine product line decisions

·           Attention to details

·           Proven capability to build and sustain teamwork

·           High levels of persistence and determination

·          Bachelor degree in business administration or marketing

Competencies:

·           Must have ability in coordinating, facilitating and participating in a collaborative approach to the completion of tasks or assignments.

·           Must have knowledge of applicable sources, prices, and market factor and product characteristics of commodities/contracts.

·           An innovative, strategic leader, thinker and planner with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external departmental personnel and teammates.

·           Flexible, able and willing to take on different responsibilities.

·           Have the ability to multi-task and juggle numerous projects effectively.

·           Strong organizational skills
