Job Responsibilities:

1. To support sales for the new business development at technical side:

    1.1 to build the tech linkage between customer needs and our capability by plant.

    1.2 to work with NA capacity plan to understand the plant capacity and potential solution.

    1.3 to provide solution or options？to customer, and work with sales to drive the result.

2. Could support the customer product development:

    2.1 understand customer usage and equipment and their markets info.

    2.2 to collect their tech request / idea to identify the solution with team.

    2.3 to combine our internal technologies to introduce to customer.

3. Combine all the new tech request / idea / info from market and customers, report monthly.

4. Help translate customer demanding to internal request at sample making and mass production.

5. Lead NPI project from idea till implementation as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, majors in high polymer, material or mechanical preferred.

2. Minimum 5 years 5 years working experiences of R&D or NPD area in foreign companies

3. Good communication skill & team work spirit

4. Creative thinking, problem solving and analytical mindset;

5. Experience on independently leading projects preferred;

6. Good PC skills, CAD skills preferred;

7. Good English in written and speaking
