设备、公用设施的技术革新、节能减排、培训指导

1、 依据：园区运维的需要

2、 内容：

（1） 负责园区内各类型专业公用设施及期系统的正常运行和日常维护；

（2） 负责配合实施厂房验证和再验证，确保完成或配合完成各种审计工作、验证工作；

（3） 负责审核或编制公用设施或系统相关SOP、SMP、年度回顾文件；

（4） 根据原有设备使用情况，向经理提供电气、暖通等专业建议方案；

（5） 根据确定的方案制订节能减排计划，并付诸行动；

（6） 审核或制定运行维护年度计划，并提交领导审核后，最终实现；

（7） 负责园区改造中本专业的技术指导、图纸审核及协助零星改造经理完成工程本专业验收

（8） 编制维修手册，定期对维修工进行培训、指导；

（9） 完成上级临时交办的其他工作。

3、 目的：

保证所在区域暖通设备正常运行。

五年以上电气类、暖通类设备维修工作经验；两年以上医药、化工类企业工作经验；有做过厂房验证文件优先、专科及以上（暖通、自控、电气类）、熟练应用CAD、天正、OFFICE软件、熟练掌握相关设计规范与标准，暖通、电气类操作证、中级工证书、熟知相关设备性能、能阅读英文图纸。加班、需长驻项目基地。
