职位描述

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide high level office support to Managing Director, maintain a professional image, pay close attention to details and manage deadline well

为总经理提供高水平的办公支持,保持专业形象,注重细节,善于管理事务期限

  • Provide secretarial, administrative and business support to Managing Director such as expense claims, hotel and flight bookings, calendar management, meeting arrangements, internal activities, department co-ordination, etc. 为总经理提供文秘、行政及业务方面的支持,例如总经理的费用报销、机票酒店预订、日程管理、会议安排、公司内部活动及各部门的协调工作等
  • Prepare, translate and proof-read the relevant documents including announcements, newsletters, emails, reports, meeting minutes, etc. 准备、翻译及校对相关文件,包括通知、内刊、邮件、报告、会议纪要等
  • Provide administrative and back-up support to heads of departments in the filing, preparation of task lists, etc. when required必要时,为各部门领导提供行政支持,例如文件整理、任务清单的准备等
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors, arrange meetings and provide minutes of meetings接待访客,安排会议并做会议纪要
  • Lead branding and marketing activities, including advertising, trade shows and other events 领导品牌推广及各类市场活动,包括广告、展会以及其他活动
  • Support the customer partnership management and the collection of potential customer database 协助客户合作伙伴关系的管理及潜在客户信息的收集
  • Support the daily administration management of the office including renovation, decoration, tidying, procurement, installation, etc. 支持办公室的日常行政管理,包括装修、装饰、整理、采购、安装等
  • Manage the share folder and coordinate with IT 管理公共文件夹,做好与IT的协调工作
  • Assist to organize the company staff activities协助组织公司员工活动
  • In charge of 6S principals and initiatives; ensure that team members are  in compliance with the requirements.支持及推动6S的推行
  • Compliance to ISO9001-2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007遵照ISO9001-2008质量管理体系, ISO14001:2004环境管理体系 & OHSAS18001:2007职业健康安全管理体系
  • Other works assigned by company公司分派的其他工作

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in English is preferred 本科及以上学历,英语相关专业优先
  • Above 5 years of relevant work experience in multinational companies, experience in marketing and admin will be an advantage 5年以上跨国公司的相关工作经验,具备市场和行政经验尤佳
  • Able to prioritize, work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently能够安排事务的优先级,适应快节奏的工作氛围,并同时执行多项任务
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills出色的沟通协调能力
  • Highly efficient, self-independent and have strong willingness to learn 高效并能够独立完成任务,学习意愿强
  • Proactive, organized and detail-oriented 积极主动,有条不紊,注重细节
  • Honest and reliable, has strong sense of responsibility诚实、可信赖,责任心强
  • Excellent in both written and oral English, German will be a plus 优秀的英文口语和读写能力,会德语尤佳
  • Strong MS office skills (especially PPT, MS Word, Excel) 熟练使用办公室软件(尤其是PPT, Word, Excel
  • Willingness to travel 愿意出差
  • Able to work under pressure 能够承担工作压力
