职位介绍：

1 、学习并认真执行总公司采购管理规定和实施细则，严格按采购计划采购，做到及时、适用，合理降低物资积压和采购成本。对购进物品做到票证齐全、票物相符，报帐及时。

2、学习熟悉和掌握市场行情，按“质优、价廉”的原则货比三家，择优采购。注重收集市场信息，及时向部门领导反馈市场价格和有关信息。合理安排采购顺序，对紧缺物资和需要长采购周期的原料应提前安排采购计划及时购进。

3、学习并严把采购质量关，物资选择样品供使用部门审核定样，购进大宗物资均须附有质保书和售后服务合同。积极协助有关部门妥善解决使用过程中会出现的问题。

4、学习并加强与验收、保管人员的协作，有责任提供有效的物品保管方法，防止物品保管不妥而受损失。

5、完成领导交办的其它各项工作。                                                           1,Study & conscientiously implement the company's procurement management rules and regulations, strictly according to the procurement plan, to be timely, applicable, reasonable to reduce the backlog of materials and procurement costs. On the purchase of goods so the ticket ticket is complete, consistent, timely reimbursement. 

2, Study to familiar with the market, according to the "high quality, low price," the principle of goods comparing three suppliers for best purchase. Focus on collecting market information, feedback timely to manger of the market price and the relevant information. Reasonable arrangement of the purchase order, the shortage of materials and the need for long lead time raw materials should be arranged timely in order to purchase the procurement plan. 

3, Study & strict control of quality procurement, material selection of samples for the use of  department audit, the mass production materials are required to have a warranty and after-sales service contract. Actively assist the departments concerned to solve the problems  properly in using process. 

4,Sutdy & strengthen and acceptance, the custody of personnel, the responsibility to provide effective methods of storage of goods, to prevent improper custody of the goods and the loss. 

5, Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
