Architecture or related major.

Working for 2-3 years, experience about architecture/interior related working experiences.

Have the relevant experience to draw architectural design and interior design experience.

Familiar with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Microsoft office，know about indesign and illustrator software.

Good learning attitude and communication ability and team working.

Good English skill and communication.

Has a good team spirit, strong personal responsibility;

Scope work:

Involved in the conceptual design process, assisted designers to develop and complete design options.

Complete the design works based on requirements from the architects and project managers to achieve the company standard requirements.

Develop the design drawings according to architects’ concept design or sketch drawings.

Setup sketch modeling and rendering skill (Vray, Podium, Maxwell or similar).

工作内容：
参与整个概念设计过程 ，辅助设计师深化完成设计方案
按照要求完成建筑师及项目经理下发的设计工作内容，以达到公司的标准要求；

按照要求根据建筑师的设计方案深化成图纸。

建立模型及效果图渲染(Vray, Podium, Maxwell 或相似技能).

Key Job scope
Review mechanical specifications to evaluate energy efficiency or determine economic, service, or engineering feasibility.
Execute concept & detail design such as design drawings, design calculations, system layouts and sketches, or specifications.
Prepare mechanical drawings mainly in HVAC and utility system and cross check with other disciplines and coordinate on the LDI to ensure design verification and approval are carried out in accordance with company and project procedures and requirement.
Participate in technical specification & work-scope preparation of tendering document as well as the bidding evaluation.
Participate in site testing & commissioning work.
Provide on-site support to construction.
Interfacing with clients, venders, project management team and other disciplines to ensure the highest level of service is provided


Requirements
The prospective candidate should have at least 4 years experience in building HVAC system design including hydronic systems and system controls, and/or modelling of building and its systems including HVAC systems and/or CHP systems
Capabilities in HVAC system design, building system modelling, computational simulations, and dynamic system analysis are required. Some experience with system identification, control system architecture, and algorithm development is required.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Major in HVAC).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Working experience in DI, and have knowledge of clean room will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese is a MUST.
Extensive knowledge of Chinese local regulatory requirements and standards.
Provide high quality solution for customer and work in an efficient and timely manner.
Accountable for results with proactive attitude.
Creative, self-motivated, actively participate in specific initiatives and promote positive company culture.
