1. Brief Description
- Supervise and coordinate the regional financial reporting
- Lead regional compliance activities
- Lead liner management reporting (KPI)
- Conduct the internal control review around the region via site visits
- Lead annual capital budget process
- Coordinate regional finance projects including centralization and remodel

2. Key Result Areas
- Financial Reporting accuracy and integrity
- Improvement of Compliance level
- Timely completion of budget exercise
- Effective Project Management

3. Key Accountabilities/Duties
- Coordinate with accounting centre and review financial reporting
- Interact with external parties on regional tax issues
- Participate in capex budget and review
- Lead internal control initiatives under NOL corporate Internal Control Policy
- Support KPI setting for the region
- Lead/coordinate regional finance projects

4. Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance/Accounting
- Above 7 years working experience
- Good English written and speaking skills
- Good PC skills, especially for Microsoft office
- Strong knowledge about accounting GAAP , control and compliance, project management skill
- Maturity, good communication and interpersonal skills
