职位描述
Primary Activities
- Provide automation support for MES, ECoding Systems in Manufacturing area.
- Periodically reviews automation documents and SOPs to ensure compliance with GMP and safety.
- On atypical/deviation automation situations, supports development of corrective actions.
- Communicates periodically with IPT Leader/IT Manager about status of area of responsibility.
- Uses technical knowledge to enhance efficient operation of MES, Ecoding and other Automation and IT systems.
- Supports the installation of new equipment into operations.
- Participates in audits and training programs in the area of responsibility.
- On-floor support of manufacturing activities and provide periodic preventive maintenance for automation systems.
- Identify and implement process/equipment improvements and manufacturing efficiencies.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Provides client services support for business area applications.
- Ensure all SDLC documents are maintained to reflect current system status;
- Be able to work under the regulated environment with attention to details and compliance focus
- Other assignments from the supervisor
Minimum Requirements
- Education: A bachelor 's degree
- Experience: A Minimum of 3 years of the IT/Automation relevant work experience , with demonstrated expertise in IT/automation systems in support of manufacturing operations ; Project manager experience will be a plus . pharmaceutical industry experience will be a plus .
- Specific knowledge: An understanding of the business processes for Manufacturing as well as process, six sigma, lean manufacturing, production execution etc ;
- The ability to: a) effectively interact with manufacturing partners to achieve business goal of higher efficiency, quality and lower cost b) Demonstrate good inclusive thinking and behavior c) Good project management skill d)Excellent communication capacity both in Mandarin and English , strong interpersonal skills.
