POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Project Quotation Engineer is to act as a technical expert during the Project Quotation phase. This position is aim to provide engineering solutions & technical support to the sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for the technical part of project quotations, including selection, sizing and pricing of valves, and field equipment based on customer's data sheets and PI-diagrams.
- The commercial part can be included in quoting work when separately agreed with the responsible sales personnel.
- Stick to the quotation schedule. Communicate with sales personnel for technical and commercial clarifications when necessary to achieve the targeted bidding time.
- Acquire documents/attachments to the quotation. Upload relevant documents of quotations for documentation purpose.
- Prepare business reports for department management needs.
- Ready for travel on a short notice and be stationed at customer’s location for a certain period.
- Other business relative tasks or projects, at the manager’s request.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Above University degree. Major in technical (e.g. Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical Industry, etc.)
- At least 3 years’ experiences of Project quotation related business in Petrochemical, Chemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas industries.
- Good understanding of control valves, on-off & ESD valves.
- Good command of English (Both written and Oral capability)
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience of ERP system is a plus.
- Customer service thought. Result orientated. Can work under pressure and manage complex situations.
- Open-minded. Team player with good communication skill. Willing to share and learn knowledge with others.
- Get along with people from different cultures both inside and outside the organization.
- Systematic, independent and creative thinking.
