Technical Developer in Java (Job Reference Code: IW-CNSHG001)
Short description:
We are in process of founding a development team that is responsible to design, develop and support the product
in human resource management based on the company strategy. The development team shall be able to translate the
business requirement into technical realization not only in its functional feature, but also in its total user
experiences. In addition, the development team is also responsible for launch of the products through the joint
effort with other teams.
We are looking for candidates who are enjoying software development and have deep technical expertise and

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate your deep technical expertise in development through dedication, passion and team collaboration
Actively driving implementation of product development
Actively identify, track and resolve technical issues promptly
Conduct Unit test and support user acceptance test
Create and maintain accurate documentation of the products
Strong customer focus
Ensure appropriate collaboration and communication internally and externally
