Senior Developer in Java (Job Reference Code: IW-CNSHG0002)
Short description:
We are in process of founding a development team that is responsible to design, develop and support the product in human resource management based on the company strategy. The development team shall be able to translate the business requirement into technical realization not only in its functional feature, but also in its total user experiences. In addition, the development team is also responsible for launch of the products through the joint effort with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:
-Demonstrate your deep technical expertise in development through dedication, passion and team collaboration
-Actively driving design, development, implementation of the business requirement
-Actively identify, track and resolve technical issues promptly
-Conduct Unit test and support user acceptance test
-Create and maintain accurate documentation of the products
-Strong customer focus
-Ensure appropriate collaboration and communication internally and externally
Requirements:
-University degree or equivalent, preferable in computer sciences, physics and mathematics
-At least 3 years work experiences in IT, especially in Java
-Excellence in analytical and conceptual abilities, in flexibility and initiatives
-Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal skills
-Ability to articulate the complex context and to communicate it internally and externally
-Passion on software development and strong interest in dealing with technologies
-Willingness in Mobility and Travel
-Understanding software development lifecycle, project management methodologies
-Experiences in Oracle and SAP HCM, in UI Design, in Microsoft ASP /.Net, MS SQL, Oracle Data Base, Web technologies would be advantageous
