职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
-Deliver functional expertise regarding SAP-FICO, best practice methodologies and tools to a project. Specify business requirements and perform working packages independently.
-Perform requirement analysis, prepare functional & technical specification, test & deploy solution in new enhancement & system implementation.
-Perform B/C-Level support for AP SAP systems by applying BBS standard procedures and tools
-Perform knowledge transfer within projects and to built up junior consultants
-Work closely with the Business Regional Process Owner to develop, streamline and harmonize processes in the region.
-Provide consultancy to Business Regional Process Owner.
-Work with continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
-Keep abreast with SAP Developments
Qualification & Requirements:
-University graduate or comparable education
> 5 years professional business experience
> 3 years business process experience
> 3 years IT System design, development, implementation and support experience
-International exposure
Skill Requirements (professional and leadership experience, Bayer specific skills, technical skills, special training, soft skills)
-Leadership capabilities
-Thorough Consulting Skills (Professionalism, Analytics, Interpersonal Relationship Building)
-Deep Knowledge of SAP FICO (especially FI-AR/AP) and the implications and interfaces with other modules
-Experience of finance shared service center project/support is a plus
-Ability to analyze complex processes and procedures, flexible and can do attitude.
-Experienced in at least 2 full project lifecycles
-Professional communication skills (presentation, negotiation etc.)
-Basic understanding of IT architecture and job related implementation strategy
-Initiative to act on his own and work under pressure
-English writing and speaking on adequate level
-Ability to analyze complex processes and procedures, flexible and can do attitude.
-Knowledge of other Asian language is a plus. e.g. (Japanese, Korean etc)
