Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver functional expertise regarding SAP-Logistics, best practice methodologies and tools to a project. Specify business requirements and perform working packages independently.
- Perform requirement analysis, prepare SAP Consultant--SAP PP/APO functional & technical specification, test & deploy solution in new enhancement & system implementation.
- Perform A/B-Level supporting for AP SAP systems by applying BBS standard procedures and tools.
- Perform knowledge transfer within projects and to build up junior consultants
- Work in the Regional support team to streamline and harmonize processes in the region.
- Work with continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Keep abreast with SAP Developments.
Qualification and Requirements:
- University graduate or comparable education:
More than 5 years professional business experience
More than 3 years IT System design, development, implementation and support experience
- Leadership capabilities
- Thorough consulting skills (Professionalism, Analytics, Interpersonal Relationship Building)
- Deep Knowledge of SAP-PP/APO/MM and the implications and interfaces with other modules
- Experienced in 2-3 full project lifecycles as PP/APO consultant
- Solid communication skills (presentation, negotiation etc.)
- Basic understanding of IT architecture and job related implementation strategy
- Initiative to act on his own and work under pressure
- English writing and speaking on adequate level
- Ability to analyze complex processes and procedures, flexible and can do attitude.
- Knowledge of other Asian language is a plus. e.g. Japanese, Korean etc.
- Availability and Integrity of the SAP to perform business processes
- SAP ABAP program experience and know how is a plus
