Job description:

The incumbent is responsible for the products supply, import and export compliance as well as the coordination with Global logistics department and local vendors.

Job duty:

? Handle full set of shipping document , contact with supplier for shipment schedule. Booking with forwarder for space. Following the shipment from beginning until the end.

? Follow up the logistics issue for new shipments or goods return, ensure all goods received are recorded properly and invoices are correctly, ensuring inventory accuracy.

? Coordinate with HQ, forwarders, agencies and internal departments for inbound, outbound and local shipment arrangement.

? Ensure all reports and documents are properly issued and filed as well as the systems are properly updated.

? Monthly report related with shipment every month.

? Other job assigned by leader.

Skills & background:

? 1-2 years working experiences in logistic field, fashion experience is a plus

? Fluent English & Chinese and computer skills （ Excel, ERP system）

? Good communicating skills, team player, Proactive, figure sensitive and attentive to details

? Able to work under pressure, hard working & high motivation

Salary:

? From 5,000RMB - 6,00RMB per month + social insurance & housing funds ( 100% paid by company side which should be taken as personal)

? Monthly bonus depending on performance 500 RMB -750RMB after probation period.
