Job Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible to provide full bank products and services to corporate clients, generate new coporate banking business, strengthen existing client relationship and execute / formulate plans to achieve Group’s business objectives.
• To bring in new account relationship and hence income to the bank
• To plan, monitor and manage account relationship in order to optimize return
• To actively cross sell and promote products and services of the Bank
• To deliver quality recommendations based on sound judgment, and a systematic and consistent approach in line with Bank’s credit policies.
• To ensure the accuracy of the facility’s regulatory administration and legal documentation, prepared for the purpose of ensuring bank’s exposure to client is legitimate and enforceable.
• Develop marketing plan, call on target customers and structure new deals
• Evaluate and assess new credits as well as existing relationship
• Maximize return from the relationship profile
• Cross sell and promote the products and services of the Bank
• Perform timely facility documentation and administration, ensuring adherence to prevailing laws and banking regulations.

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relationship management experience in commercial lending
• Good risk assessment skills
• Sound trade products & industry knowledge
• Experience in cross selling commercial banking products
• University graduate with major in either Banking, Finance or Accounting
• Results oriented
• Effective communication and problem solving technique
• Sharp business & customer focus
