职位描述

The global C&B Center of Excellence Organization delivers a portfolio of strategic Compensation and Benefits policies and programs worldwide. We are looking for a new team member to support the business in China, Japan, Korea & Australia and in this position you will:

 

·         Partner with the assigned geographies to drive strategy ensuring a performance driven, market competitive, fair and compliant compensation and benefits program

·         Be the expert on compensation policies and procedures which will enable HR to better support the business/geography

·         Deliver right and fast compensation support to foster a high-performance culture

·         Contribute to business growth by providing functional excellence in the compensation area

·         Drive continuous improvement to develop highly efficient compensation processes in a premiere Human Resources organization

·         Support annual compensation planning process. Support global, regional, country increase budget recommendations process. Monitor annual planning process and differentiation across the assigned business and geographies; run reports, conduct analysis, recommend proposed changes

·         Serve as technical subject matter expert on compensation systems. Support process for data management on data integrity in HR systems

Qualifications:

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
  • Minimum 4 years progressive multinational experience in a Compensation and Benefits role
  • Proven project Management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advantage to know macros, programing or statistical modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to advise, influence at different organization levels
  • Ability to initiate and drive change, managing resistance and organization challenges
  • Good communication and presentation skills to translate numbers into a meaningful language for leadership
  • Ability to develop and manage good working relationships based on trust, teamwork and knowledge
  • Comfortable working independently, in a team and global changing environment.
  • Demonstrated global mindset and experience successfully working in a global organization or external consulting with exposure to global companies
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Previously demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization
  • Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
