Sales Representative- Refinery Catalyst 销售代表 （炼油催化剂） (Shanghai)

Reporting to Sales Director

Main Responsibilities:

· Participate in a dynamic sales team which is selling catalysts & additives to the refinery industry located in China

· Quickly develop a working technical understanding of Albemarle Catalysts, additives, and services

· Develop a deep understanding of the HPC operations of existing and potential customers

· Find opportunities to increase Albemarle Catalysts profitability and market share. Identify catalyst & additive opportunities in refineries supplied by competitors

· Develop deep relationship within refinery organizations, including: Process Engineers, Process Managers, HPC Unit Supervisors & Refinery Managers

· Provide input to China teams regarding strategy for maintaining existing business and obtaining new business. Participate in development of rolling forecasts and operating plans

· Attend external seminars, meetings, and convention to help maintain Albemarle’s presence in the industry as well as stay on current industry development

Qualifications:

· Bachelor or above degree, oil refining related major strongly preferred

· 5+ years of relevant sales & business experience in China Refinery Catalysts market

· Logic thinking, good team player, sophisticated communication & sales skill

· Good sense of compliance, code of conduct

· Can take high frequency of business travel
