职位介绍:

游客服务经理主要负责商店运营的日常工作, 为演职人员提供具有迪士尼特色的工作环境,为游客提供优质的服务, 并且带领整个团队完成经营目标和财务指标。

 

工作内容:

  • 负责一家独立店铺或者一家大型店铺中一个部门的团队管理。
  • 依据安全流程,确保演职人员和游客的环境安全。
  • 坚持迪士尼基本理念,运用迪士尼领导力,为演职人员营造并维护积极向上的工作环境。
  • 为新进员工和在职员工提供入职培训和在岗培训,有效激励并持续推动各层级演职人员的发展。
  • 遵循迪士尼绩效管理标准。
  • 带领团队有效执行各项流程和标准。
  • 支持和促进创新,并关注变化对游客和演职人员体验的影响,提供回馈,参与并推进流程的改进。
  • 关注和激励提供优质游客服务的演职人员。以身示范超越游客所预期的迪士尼服务,持续给予演职人员积极和有建设性的反馈。
  • 持续关注店铺商品的陈列,并与相关团队沟通、协作,确保商品陈列的最优化。
  • 对店铺的商品周转进行有效的监督和管理。
  • 带领团队成员,有效开展店铺的库存管理、防损工作。
  • 有效的进行人员排班管理,确保人员效率的最优化。
  • 遵循迪士尼四大关键要素,确保店铺的营运卓越。
  • 确保沟通的及时有效,通过推动内外部的沟通与合作,以保障日常运营的顺利进行。
  • 独立主导店铺级别活动。
  • 关注商店的各项KPI数据,并根据趋势的变化,采取有效行为,确保业绩和游客服务体验的提升。

  • 具有大专及以上学历,本科学历者优先考虑 。
  • 具有3年以上游客服务的从业经验,快销时尚品从业经验者优先。
  • 具有1年及以上团队管理的经验,且具备优秀的领导能力。
  • 具备顾客服务的经验和能力。
  • 具备良好的人际交往能力以及团队协作的能力。
  • 具备良好的环境适应以及突发状况的应变能力
  • 具有个人的持续发展以及人员的育成能力。
  • 具备在各种不同情况下独立工作和决策的能力。
  • 具备良好组织能力和事件的优先管理能力。
  • 具备监督和有效利用资源的能力,高效完成日常的核心工作。  
  • 能接受灵活的工作时间安排(清晨、夜晚,包括可能的通宵、周末、节假日,旅游高峰期可能会加班)和非固定的工作地点(户内、户外以及乐园和乐园以外区域特殊商店)。
  • 精通计算机软件(Excel, Word, Power Point),具有有效的沟通能力,包括具备清晰、准确和流利的中文口语和书面表达能力,英语良好者优先。

Job Summary:

As a guest service manager, your primary duty is to ensure that daily operation across the store performs as expected. You need to lead you team to achieve operation and finance target meanwhile providing Disney features working environment to cast members and serve guests with high standard services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team within an individual store or a division of a large scale store

  • Maintain a safety environment for cast members according to required safety procedures.

  • Adhere to the Disney Philosophy, apply Disney leadership, create and maintain positive working environment for cast members.

  • Provide tradition training and OJT to new and existing cast members. Ensure an effective and a persistent encouragement and promotion for all level cast members.

  • Follow Disney performance management standards.

  • Leading team to effectively execute required procedures and standards.

  • Support and promote for innovation. Pay attention to changes that influence experiences to guests and cast members. Collecting feedbacks and be part of the team to push for process optimization.

  • Focus on and encourage cast member who has excellent guest services. Building the role to serve guests with beyond-expectation services. Persistently give cast members with positive and constructive feedbacks.

  • Pay attention to store visual management. Keep communicating and cooperating with relative department to guarantee an optimized store display.

  • Supervise and manage store goods turnover effectively.

  • Lead team members to work on with stock management and loss prevention work in store.

  • Manage shift for store cast members to maintain efficiency.

  • Act up to Disney four keys, ensure an excellent store operation.

  • Ensure a timely and effective communication. Guarantee a smooth daily operation by seeking for internal and external communication and cooperation.

  • Lead store level special activities independently.

  • Focus on store KPI. Take actions according to the trend to maintain sales and excellent guest service experiences.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • College degree or above, bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of guest service experience. Fashion retail experience is preferred.

  • Have at least of 1 year team management experience with proved outstanding leadership.

  • Proven strong interpersonal, networking and cooperation skills.

  • Good environmental adaptability and quick response to emergencies.

  • Focus on personnel sustainable development.

  • Ability to work and make decisions individually under different occasions.  

  • Demonstrated strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to supervise and use resources effectively. Can complete daily core works efficiently.

  • Be able to accept flexible working shifts (early morning, late night, including possibly overnight, weekends, holidays, traveling peak times) and rotation to different locations(indoor, outdoor, park inside and park outside areas for special stores)

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Internet and Windows software packages (Excel, Word, Power Point), good communication skill. Proficiency in writing, reading and speaking Mandarin. English communication ability is preferred.
